I spent 13 years across tech support, web hosting, and digital delivery — for conservation and nonprofit organizations, and through white-label agency partnerships serving the legal, medical, and home services industries. Working directly with each agency's account managers, I managed concurrent client engagements from kickoff to delivery. I've since formalized that experience with the PMP, PSM I, and AWS Solutions Architect credentials and a BS in IT Management, and I'm focused on IT project management roles where technical fluency and disciplined delivery both matter.
